With a minimum of 2 participants (maximum 8), you will be instructed on how to effectively utilize the machines in the Fitness Center as well as bodyweight training in the aerobics studio.
1 session: Members $30.00/person
5 sessions: Members $80.00/person
10 sessions: Members $150.00/person
